Program Summary

Community Engagement Services
Guardian Hands provides structured community-based activities that help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities build social skills, increase independence, and actively participate in community life. Participants engage in recreational, educational, and volunteer activities while developing communication, decision-making, and self-advocacy skills.

Group Day Support
Our non-center-based Group Day Support program offers individualized and small-group instruction designed to promote independent living skills, community integration, and personal growth. Participants receive support in developing daily living skills, social interactions, safety awareness, and community navigation.
