Matt Failor
Gift and Grant Administrator
Matt Failor is the Gift and Grant Administrator with the Arlington Community Foundation, having joined the team in March 2026. In this role, Matt processes incoming donations and outgoing grants while supporting the team with event management, donor relations, and community building.
Matt came to ACF from the Georgetown University Center for Intercultural Education and Development, where he worked as an accountant-analyst for a State Department-funded teacher exchange program. Before that, he was a student at Georgetown University, graduating with a degree in international politics in 2023. Matt grew up in Traverse City, Michigan but loves living in the DC area and looks forward to being more involved in the community through the ACF’s work.
