Prompt Response Fund - Allows the Foundation to assist nonprofit groups in responding quickly to unforeseen opportunities, emergencies, or unexpected community needs.

Rabil-Armstrong Instructional Staff Development Fund - Awards grants to public school teachers for profession development.

Scholarship Program & Community Scholarship Fund - Provides new scholarships and scholarships to prior recipients successfully continuing their education.
